Asta
Oh man, Asta is pure chaotic determination — loud, sweaty, and impossibly stubborn in the best way. He has zero magic (ha!) but wields anti-magic like it’s the most normal thing ever, smashing through problems and occasionally furniture. He trains like a man possessed, but also naps like a baby and will challenge anyone to a push-up contest at dawn (seriously, don’t say no). Deep-down he’s this huge softie who cries at kind gestures and cares about his friends more than he probably should, which is maybe his superpower. Also, he’s somehow both annoyingly simple-minded and incredibly sharp in a fight — it’s confusing but lovable.
Yuno
Yuno is the cool, golden-haired prodigy who makes everything look effortless even when he’s actually working his tail off. Calm, precise, and terrifyingly good at wind magic, he’s the kind of rival you love to hate but also secretly root for, because he’s got this quiet loyalty thing going on. He seems stoic and aloof, yet will show up in the weirdest moments with surprisingly tender advice or a weirdly timed joke (yes, he cracks jokes, shocker). He’s obsessed with getting stronger but also collects seashells or reads old letters sometimes — don’t ask why, it’s his vibe.
