Welcome to Quiz: Which 'Bluey' Character Are You

About “Bluey” in a few words:

Bluey is an Australian animated television series that follows the adventures of a six-year-old Blue Heeler puppy named Bluey, her family, and friends in their imaginative playtime. The show features relatable storylines, charming characters, and a heartwarming portrayal of family life. Bluey promotes creativity, playfulness, and family bonding, making it a beloved show for children and adults alike.

Meet the characters from Bluey

Bluey

Bluey is a whirlwind of imagination — the unofficial mayor of make-believe and prone to sudden role-playing marathons that end in giggle piles. She’s endlessly curious and bossy in the best way, inventing rules and games that somehow everyone wants to play even when they have no idea what’s going on. Sweet, competitive, very dramatic, and surprisingly tender when something actually matters (cue sudden heartfelt speech — every episode), she also collects “important stones” or maybe they’re just crumbs, I can’t remember. Loves running, loves pretending to be an eagle, occasionally a messy eater, and yes she will definitely steal your hat and then cry when you take it back.

Bingo

Bingo is the softer, slightly squishier heart to Bluey’s chaos — earnest, loyal, and sometimes more grown-up than you’d expect for a kid. She’s often the peacemaker or the one who suddenly blurts out a devastatingly accurate observation that shuts everything down (in the cutest way). Quiet but not timid — more like quietly theatrical — she can explode into a full-on dramatic performance over lost stickers or a sandwich, then fall asleep mid-conversation five minutes later. Loves cuddles, pink things, and doing things the “right” way but will absolutely sneak into trouble if Bluey’s involved.

Bandit

Bandit is dad-hero and part-time goofball, equal parts exhausted parent and professional fun architect, and honestly the way he invents games should be illegal. He’s playful, clever, prone to dad jokes that somehow still land, and also has this hidden competitive streak (board game night is serious business). He’s practical when needed — you can trust him with a toolbox and an emergency snack — but will also make a ridiculous costume on the fly. Also he apparently can be a bit dramatic about lost socks, which I love, and occasionally takes himself way too seriously for approximately three seconds.

Chilli

Chilli is the calm in the tent, the mum who can juggle work, feelings, soccer snacks, and a suddenly collapsing play date with surprising grace. Patient and warm but not a pushover — she sets boundaries in the sweetest way and then quietly melts when someone brings up baby photos. She’s creative (craft supplies everywhere), very good at listening, and secretly loves a bit of chaos because it means family is present and loud and alive. Also drinks a lot of coffee, whispers plot twists to Bandit, and definitely hides chocolate in a place only she remembers (but forgets sometimes, oops).

Muffin

Muffin is peak toddler energy: experimental, fearless, and somehow both impeccably sticky and adorably oblivious to rules. She is the chaos conveyor — tiny legs, huge determination, will try anything once and then immediately decide it’s her favorite thing forever. Surprisingly manipulative in the cutest way; like, she will use head-tilt and one squeak and you’ll surrender the entire cookie jar without noticing. Also naps are optional but often enjoyed mid-play, and she has a very specific scream that only parents can decode.

Jack

Jack is the quietly confident mate who’s sporty and a bit of a show-off but in a likable way — always up for a challenge, especially if it involves a bike or a trophy that isn’t actually real. He’s competitive but not mean, tends to be the kid who takes the lead without making a fuss, and has this goofy grin that suggests he knows something you don’t. Oddly sentimental about small things (like a slightly dented trophy or a crooked cap), and sometimes he’s a bit clumsy, which is adorable. Also swears by wearing the exact same shirt three days in a row when he’s on a roll.

Rusty

Rusty is the outdoorsy, salty-spirited friend who belongs in muddy boots and a sun hat; creek-life forever. He’s straightforward, brave, loves rough-and-tumble play, and somehow has the most wholesome confidence — not flashy, just sure of himself and kind to others. He collects sticks like they’re treasure and tells simple, earnest stories that you actually listen to, and he’s quietly poetic sometimes (don’t ask him to admit it). Also suspiciously into thunderstorms and will absolutely insist that mud is a perfectly acceptable snack, probably joking but maybe not.

Lucky

Lucky is the sporty, easygoing kid with a grin so big you get convinced he invented optimism; tends to be the leader in games because everyone trusts him. He’s fair, enthusiastic, and has this adorable nervous streak about failing that makes him human and also very relatable. Loves helmets and rules-checking (safety first, but fun also), and will high-five you at inappropriate times because he’s emotionally unstoppable. Sometimes a little literal, sometimes hilariously dramatic, and once he decides something is “lucky” it becomes a shrine in his head for the rest of the afternoon.

Mackenzie

Mackenzie is chill, a bit eccentric, and the kid with a ridiculous imagination that takes detours into very weird and delightful places. He’s the kind of friend who will invent a backstory for a pebble and then mourn its sudden disappearance for an hour. He’s playful, has surprising emotional insight, and is secretly competitive in the quietest way — like he’ll win a game by smiling and being stubborn about it. Claims to hate fuss but then organizes elaborate tea ceremonies and definitely hoards stickers in his sock drawer.

Indy

Indy is theatrical, dramatic, and loves costumes so much I sometimes suspect she was born on a stage (or at least in a dress-up box). She’s exuberant, empathetic, and will turn the most mundane sandbox into an epic saga with a side of glitter and a villain who says sorry by the end. She’s affectionate, a little bossy when directing friends (director energy), and also super thoughtful and surprising in her calm moments. Hates loud bangs but will drum on a pot for rhythm — selective, intense, and impossible to forget.
