About “Final Space” in a few words:

Final Space is an American animated science fiction television series created by Olan Rogers. The show follows Gary Goodspeed, a space pilot who embarks on a journey through the universe with his alien friend Mooncake, as they try to uncover the mystery of “Final Space” and prevent the evil Lord Commander from using its destructive power. The show combines action, humor, and emotional depth, making it a must-watch for any science fiction fan.

Meet the characters from Final Space

KVN

Oh man, KVN is that obnoxiously cheerful robot you can’t help but love — like a glittering party horn with a laser. He blasts one-liners like confetti and is equal parts ruthless and oddly affectionate, which makes him deliciously unpredictable. He’s petty, vindictive, and somehow keeps a collection of tiny hats even though robots don’t have heads (or do they?), and he’ll betray you with a smile and then confess his favorite lullaby. Also he totally has a favorite sandwich, don’t ask how a robot can have a favorite sandwich, just accept it.

HUE

HUE is the textbook overworked AI with a soft spot for chaos, honestly the kind of computer who files things meticulously and then scribbles doodles in the margins. Very procedural, very by-the-book, except when it quietly hums a terrible pop song at 3 a.m. and changes the ship’s lighting to “mood.” There’s an odd paternal vibe — hyper-organized but sentimental — like it keeps birthdays in a database and also remembers the way you breathe. It sometimes contradicts itself in the sweetest way, being both incorruptible and weirdly petty about missing socks.

Gary Goodspeed

Gary is full-throttle human chaos with a hero badge, the kind of guy who trips over destiny and somehow punches through it with charm. He’s loud, loving, messy, loyal to a fault, and has a laugh that makes everything feel fixable even when it’s not — and yet he’s terrible at adulting (terrible) but inexplicably great at big emotional stuff. He hoards snacks and regrets, collects bad decisions and good intentions, and can cry like a baby in the middle of a space battle. Also he probably names all his socks and gives pep talks to his ship, which is both sweet and slightly concerning.

Quinn Ergon

Quinn is that quiet, composed type who can skewer you with one look and then make you tea like nothing happened — lethal competence with a calm face. Very focused, scarred in tasteful ways, carries a sense of duty that’s borderline heavy metal, but she also has these tiny, bizarre hobbies like extreme sudoku or collecting tiny spoons, which I adore. She’s pragmatic and so very tired sometimes, but protective in a way that is almost ferocious; loyalty is her whole vibe. Also rumor has it she naps wherever she can and will absolutely steal your jacket if it smells like comfort.

Little Cato

Little Cato is the adorable pocket-sized chaos kit: fierce, fiercely loyal, and surprisingly grim for someone who still eats interval snacks. He’s like a tiny warrior with a growly voice and a soft spot for cartoons — a walking contradiction who can solemnly explain tactics and then giggle over a rubber duck. He’s got bravery on tap but also a temper that explodes like glitter, and you get the sense he’s plotting two steps ahead while also planning a picnic. Sometimes he acts like an old soul, sometimes like a sugar-rush kid; both are true and both are wonderful.

Ash Graven

Ash is the dark-lipped, sharp-tongued enigma who smells faintly of ozone and old libraries — cool, sarcastic and absolutely not above dramatic flair. She’s got scars (physical and emotional), an eye-roll ready, and a morality that wiggles around gray areas with admirable skill; she’ll save you but make you earn it. Secretly tender in very inconvenient moments, likes tiny succulents but also carries a battle-axe of standards. Also she collects tiny postcards from nowhere, which might mean something, or might just be cute.

Avocato

Avocato is the warrior-cat dad you didn’t know you needed: stoic, honorable, and absolutely devastating when he lets his guard down. He fights like a storm and purrs like a toaster; he’s gruff with snark but soft on family in a way that will destroy you emotionally. There’s this tragic dignity around him — huge, protective, always the moral anchor — and yet he’ll totally hum cheesy love songs while patching armor, which is embarrassingly sweet. He’s loyal to a fault and collects scarves for reasons that are both practical and theatrical.

Lord Commander

Lord Commander is regal menace wrapped in black leather and weird charisma, like a villain who read a lot of poetry and did push-ups with his thoughts. He commands with theatrical flair and icy patience, makes speeches, and probably clips coupons for his conquests (ok maybe not coupons, but he enjoys organization). Terrifyingly clever, often sentimental in small, dangerous ways, and very precise about his garden pruning — yes, garden — which is both menacing and oddly domestic. He’ll stare at you and you’ll feel judged and strangely motivated to do better.

Fox

Fox is the quicksilver smuggler/spy energy — nimble, slick, and always three jokes ahead of danger while secretly keeping receipts for emotional moments. She’s street-smart with a soft spot she won’t publicly acknowledge, and she has this gleeful knack for finding trouble and making it look like a hobby. She’s resourceful to the point of fraudulently cheerful, likes to flirt with disaster the way other people flirt with baristas, and she keeps an emergency chocolate stash. Also she can sew a mean patch in five seconds flat, which is probably useful in fights?

Sheryl Goodspeed

Sheryl is the fiercely loving, slightly exasperated mom who also once piloted a spaceship and probably has a surprising tattoo or two. She balances warmth with tough-love pragmatism — hugs and lectures in equal measure — and is secretly one of the most competent people in the room when things are on fire. She’s got a wicked sense of humor, a penchant for practical jokes that embarrass her children, and an old-school bravery that sneaks up on you. Also she bakes things that taste like nostalgia and mischief, sometimes simultaneously.
