Meet the races from TenSura

Fairies

Okay, fairies are tiny chaos agents of the woods — think glitter, gossip, and incredibly bad directions. They flit around gardens like they own the place and will absolutely steal a hat if it looks at them funny (true story? maybe). They’re playful and petty in equal measure, with a soft spot for stray kittens and terrible puns. Also they hum when annoyed and collect tiny thimbles for reasons nobody can explain.

Majin

Majin are the flashy, over-the-top magic-users who make every entrance feel like a curtain call. Loud spells, louder personalities, and somehow a bizarre taste for matcha between world-destroying rituals — classy chaos. They can be terrifyingly efficient in a fight but will also spend three hours debating the right font for their sigil. Honestly, they oscillate between “all-powerful” and “petty roommate” in the best way.

Undead

Undead are the forever-stubborn folk who refuse to stay down (literally) and have the driest sense of humor you’ll ever meet. Some shuffle around moaning, others are ancient librarians who judge your life choices politely. They’re oddly practical — eternal existence makes you picky about paperwork — and there’s always that one skeleton who loses his skull and then blames you. Also, no one is surprised when an undead makes a deadpan joke that slaps.

Elementals

Elementals are basically mood incarnate: calm rivers, hot tempers, chill breezes that suddenly turn into hurricanes. Each one pulses with its element — fire ones are dramatic, water ones are emotional, earth ones collect rocks, and air ones forget where they left their glasses. They’re beautiful and temperamental and will both save you from a flood and start one if you insult their pebble. Oh, and some hoard oddly shaped stones like they’re Pokémon cards.

Magic Beasts

Magic Beasts are the wild card squad — one minute a cuddly fox with a sparkle tail, the next a cliff-sized beast that rearranges mountains for fun. They’re instinct-first, adorable-to-terrifying on a whim, and probably the reason travelers buy insurance. Some are surprisingly affectionate, others will eat your map (and then apologize, maybe). Also, they have weird tastes: they’ll guard ancient ruins and also chew slippers at 3 AM.

Sprite

Sprites are like fairies’ hyper little cousins who never learned to lower their volume. Tiny tinkerers, practical jokers, and suspiciously excellent at finding lost things (or hiding them — who knows). They fidget, invent things out of twine and ambition, and will barter you a secret for a piece of candy. Also they smell faintly of oranges and will offer life advice at inconvenient moments.

Beastfolk

Beastfolk are the proud, diverse humanoid animals with clan vibes and very strong opinions about hunting techniques. Skilled, honorable, and a little stubborn — they craft incredible gear and throw the best feasts, and yes, there is always someone knitting in the corner. Huge variety here: some are warriors with spears, some are scholars sipping tea, and they all insist on nicknames whether you like them or not. Also they sometimes nap in improbable places (like on a forge).

Demons

Demons are theatrical, powerful, and deliciously morally gray — not all evil, but most definitely intense. They love contracts, long monologues, and making an entrance that involves smoke and an eyebrow raise. There’s a strange combination of philosophy majors and goth baristas here; intimidating but oddly cultured. Also, they have a soft spot for midnight pastries and will absolutely judge your pastry choice if you hesitate.

Humans

Humans are gloriously unpredictable, endlessly adaptable, and somehow always inventing new problems and solutions in equal measure. Not the flashiest magical lineage, but they compensate with stubborn creativity, diplomacy, and an astonishing number of hobbies. They survive by improvisation, questionable courage, and very strong tea. Also they will start a committee about the committee and then write a stirring speech about it.

Angels

Angels are rare, luminous, and have that “I have a mission” vibe combined with weirdly calming manners. They radiate serene authority, but don’t be fooled — they can get terrifyingly strict if cosmic order is at stake. They’re bureaucratic angels sometimes and barefoot mystics other times; they love rules but also collect little knitted things (honestly). Also they say things twice for emphasis, like a gentle cosmic echo.
