Welcome to Quiz: Which 'Central Park' Character Are You

About “Central Park” in a few words:

Central Park is an American animated musical sitcom created by Loren Bouchard, Nora Smith, and Josh Gad for Apple TV+. The series follows the lives of the Tillerman family, who live and work in Central Park in New York City. The family consists of patriarch Owen, his wife Paige, and their children, Molly and Cole. Together, they work to protect the park from the greedy schemes of Bitsy Brandenham, a wealthy hotel heiress who wants to turn the park into a series of condos.

Meet the characters from Central Park

Owen Tillerman

Owen is the park manager and walking bundle of optimism and mild panic. He believes in the power of trees, community singalongs, and spreadsheets — all at once. He’s a natural leader but also the king of second-guessing (seriously, he rehearses pep talks in the mirror). Loves his family, does ridiculous dad moves that are somehow charming, and will defend a stray squirrel like it’s his job. Also, he probably owns three identical jackets and forgets where he parks his bike.

Molly Tillerman

Molly is a pint-sized force of nature — part activist, part animal whisperer, all enthusiasm. She can organize a protest before breakfast and then adopt every stray pigeon she meets (and somehow they understand her). Fearless, bossy in the best way, and wildly imaginative; she draws elaborate maps of secret tunnels that may or may not exist. She cries at nice things, not sad things, which is confusing but endearing. Also she collects leaves like trophies and will challenge you to a staring contest.

Birdie

Birdie is the weirdly wise free spirit you want in your picnic blanket circle — equal parts bird-watcher, street musician, and unsolicited life coach. She notices tiny things other people miss (a feather on the bench, your bad mood) and gives advice in half-sung aphorisms. Some days she claims to live in a treehouse; other days she’s definitely crashing on your couch — both true. She hates pigeons but carries a secret stash of breadcrumbs, don’t ask why.

Cole Tillerman

Cole is the teen with the perpetual eye-roll and a secret soft center, very emo but also maybe a cinnamon roll deep down. He’ll skate past you like he doesn’t care, mutter something sarcastic, and then fiercely defend his family or his weird little friends without drama. Loves music, probably has a playlist for every mood (and for every type of rain). He’s moody and kind and contradictory — hates musicals but cries during them, subscribes to aloofness as a lifestyle.

Helen

Helen is the slick, polished one — ambitious, stylish, and very comfortable in a power suit, with a plan for everything (sometimes two). She gives off “I run the city” vibes but secretly keeps a garden journal and names every succulent she owns, okay? Can be a little ruthless about development and deadlines but also shows up with tea when someone needs it, which is confusing and maybe manipulative? Loves events, hates chaos, and is shockingly good at trivia about 19th-century landscaping. Also, she carries a tiny notebook and doodles houses when she’s pretending not to listen.

Paige Hunter

Paige is the practical sparkplug — driven, witty, and always three steps ahead in a crisis. She’s a professional problem-solver (probably has a laminated list of emergency contacts) but also an absolute softie for oddly specific museum exhibits. Loves order and to-do lists, yet will impulsively leap into dance or a karaoke mic if the mood hits her — very confusing but delightful. She can be blunt, funny, and heroic in small ways; the kind of person who makes you feel safer just by sitting nearby. Also owns more pens than a stationery store and will lend you one like it’s a sacred object.
