Andy

Andy is the kind of grumpy, chain-smoking, “I-don’t-care” undead who somehow ends up being the heart of the chaos — and yes, he literally cannot die, which he treats like a boring inconvenience until it’s not. He barks orders and insults, but then does something ridiculously heroically reckless (and maybe also petty) like diving headfirst into explosions just to make a point. He has this weird soft spot for bad coffee and apparently for small animals? (Don’t ask where that came from.) Honestly, he’s equal parts apathy and startling warmth, a walking contradiction you can’t help but root for.

Fuuko

Fuuko is a tornado of energy with a cursed touch that makes everyone around her get incredibly unlucky, which is tragic and also kind of the premise of her whole vibe — loud, stubborn, and deeply dramatic. She wants to be useful even while being a walking disaster zone, and she flips between sulking and screaming determination in like, five seconds flat. She clings to Andy like a human grenade and somehow manages to be both childish and terrifyingly resourceful at the same time. Also, she definitely hoards snacks and will insist she hates hugs right before pulling you into one, typical.

Billy

Billy is the smooth, suspiciously cheerful gun-for-hire type who smiles while doing morally dubious things and somehow makes it look fashionable (seriously, how does he keep his hair so neat?). He talks like he knows a secret and almost always does, then flips to being oddly sincere about small, dumb things like favorite songs or pet names — it’s disarming. He’s precise, a little theatrical, and will ambush you with both bullets and a backhanded compliment, which is somehow even worse. On good days he is loyalty with a side of gunpowder; on bad days he is unpredictability with excellent aim.

Gina

Gina bursts in like glitter and a threat all at once — loud laughter that ends in a razor-sharp quip, and somehow she runs everything from intimidation to emotional blackmail with theatrical flair. She’s the type to redecorate a hostage room and serve tea while explaining a plan, very unsettling in a fashionable way. She can be brutally pragmatic but then collects absolutely useless trinkets (and will defend them like they’re national treasures), which is either adorable or terrifying depending on her mood. Basically, she’s a carnival of charisma with teeth; you love her and also maybe should run.

Shen

Shen is the cool, detached strategist who quietly rewrites the rules while everyone else explodes — calm as a koi pond and somehow always three steps ahead, even when he shrugs and says he guessed. He has an old-soul energy (tea ceremonies? maybe) and a deadpan sense of humor that sneaks up on you; people underestimate him and then regret it. He seems like a monolith of logic but will do something unexpectedly impulsive for reasons nobody can parse — like, he will save a stray cat mid-battle and then return to lecturing tactics.
