Meet the characters from Trolls

Poppy

Poppy is the pink-haired joy hurricane of the Trolls world — leader, hug dispenser, and unofficial confetti minister. She’s relentlessly optimistic in a way that makes you either want to join her dance party or roll your eyes, but honestly, you mostly join the dance party. She plans parties like a general plans battles, then forgets where she put her crown five minutes later (true story? maybe). Somehow impossibly kind and stubbornly brave at the same time, she collects glitter and weird motivational slogans, and will absolutely sing you into feeling better.

Branch

Branch is the grumpy-survivalist who somehow ends up being everyone’s favorite curmudgeon — equal parts paranoid and secretly soft. He lives in muted colors, carries emergency supplies, and will lecture you on preparedness while secretly humming a tune when he thinks no one’s listening. He swears he hates parties but then shows up with a carefully folded blanket and a protective glare that means “I care, in my own weird way.” Contradictions are his aesthetic: lone wolf energy but also the kind of guy who’ll curl up on the couch with a bunch of tiny friends and a comfort show.

Chenille

Chenille is the kind of character who feels like a cozy sweater come to life — luxurious, tactile, and slightly dramatic without meaning to be. She’s obsessed with texture and fashion, probably owns more scarves than sense, and will throw shade with a smile that’s half-glam, half-sigh. Quiet when she wants to be, flamboyant when the vibe asks for it, and always just a little offbeat in the best way — like someone who enjoys soft classical music and glittered nail polish simultaneously. Also, she definitely has an irrational fondness for tea cozies and might hoard yarn in cupboards (don’t ask how it started).

DJ Suki

DJ Suki is the party’s backbone — turntables, glitter, and a soundtrack to every mood she’s ever owned. She mixes beats the way other trolls mix glitter: with reckless joy and a little bit of science, and honestly, her playlists could probably negotiate world peace. Loud, colorful, endlessly creative, and a little bit mysterious — she communicates in rhythm a lot of the time and sometimes you swear she’s talking to plants. Quirky fact: she keeps a tiny notebook of sound bites and occasionally uses traffic noise in a banger, which is both weird and genius.

Biggie

Biggie is the gentle giant who will hug a sidewalk into submission and then apologize to it, true softie energy to the max. He’s huge and lovable, speaks softly, loves tiny friends (Mr. Dinkles, obviously), and carries an alarming number of plushies — like, it’s a thing. Clumsy in the best possible way: he trips over his own kindness, cries at commercials, and also would fight a dragon if it meant protecting his pals (but only if someone else checked the dragon’s ID first). Slightly contradictory: claims he’s not a leader but is somehow everyone’s emotional anchor, and yes he definitely snacks during meetings.
